We track call duration to the second and bill you based on the total minutes used. Calls are rounded up to the nearest minute. For example, a 2 minute 30 second call would be billed as 3 minutes. You'll receive a detailed breakdown of all calls in your monthly invoice.
No, there's no minimum monthly commitment. You only pay for the minutes you use. If you don't make or receive any calls in a month, you won't be charged anything. This makes MiCalls perfect for businesses with variable call volumes.
Your free trial includes 500 minutes of combined incoming and outgoing calls, full access to all features, CRM integrations, and our analytics dashboard. No credit card required to start. The trial period lasts 14 days or until you use all 500 minutes, whichever comes first.
Volume discounts are applied automatically based on your total monthly usage (incoming + outgoing combined). Once you exceed 10,000 minutes, you'll receive 10% off all minutes. The discount tier is calculated at the end of each billing cycle, and the appropriate discount is applied to your entire usage for that month.
